Goals and Initiatives

In December, 2000, the North American Site Services Guidelines were internally distributed to all PAREXEL employees as a method of increasing awareness of our department. Site Services is continuing to grow and improve the services offered.

One of the key initiatives to enhancing awareness of our services and assisting project teams to find quality investigators and sites can only be done with your help! Our database is only as good as the information that goes into it, so it is requested that all CRAs complete Investigator Performance Evaluations for all sites that are monitored. In addition, it is requested that all project teams submit to us a copy of the potential site list for review against the PAREXEL Investigator Database before study startup in order to ensure none of the investigators have unfavorable performance evaluations or negative FDA notations against them.
